High-Volume, Low-Pressure: Also known as "HVLP" is most commonly used in hand-held spray tan guns. This method gives a more consistent spray without the mess of "over-spray" being left behind on the skin.

VersaSpa Pro Skin Care Moisturizer Solution: Get a boost with this moisturizing post spray! Developed with proprietary ingredients to elevate the skin's moisture levels. This solution locks in sunless color and amplifies sunless tan results.

Customized Tanning: Choose between Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 in the Venetian solution. VersaSpa Pro Skin Care Moisturizer post spray can also be included as a "sealant" to ensure the look of the sunless tan.
PREPARATION 24-48 HOURS BEFORE SESSION:
- Exfoliate: Exfoliate skin very, very well! Exfoliation will clear away any dry, dead skin cells. For best results, exfoliate 48 hours before session.
- Avoid: Avoid using bar soaps, high pH shower products or in-shower moisturizers. For best results, avoid 48 hours before session.
- Waxing/Shaving: Any waxing or shaving should be completed no later than 24 hours prior to session. A day or two worth of hair growth is perfect.
DAY OF THE SESSION:
- Avoid: Do not apply any products that will create Sunless barriers such as lotions, creams or perfumes. Use deodorant if need sparingly, it is better to go without. Deep penetration is the key to beautiful, lasting color.
- Make Up: Remove any make up prior to session.
- Attire: Wear loose fitting and dark-colored clothing. Tight clothing can rub and smear sunless solution. Solution will not stain clothing permanently but will temporarily color light-colored clothing. Remove all jewelry. Dark-colored undergarments/swimwear may be worn during session or you may spray in the nude.
- Apply Hair Cap: Cover your hair with a disposable hair cap, provided by salon, leaving your ears and hairline exposed.
- Apply Eyewear: It is recommended to use the protective eyewear provided by the salon.
- Apply Nose Filters: It is recommended to use disposable nose filters available in the salon.
- Apply Blending Cream: Blending Cream, provided by salon, is to be applied to the sides and heels of your feet and in-between toes. It should also be applied to the palms, fingernails and in-between fingers. An adequate amount of Blending Cream should be applied to hands and feet as this blocks the sunless solution preventing unwanted color in these areas.
AFTER SESSION CARE:
- Avoid: Avoid water and sweating for 24 hours. If absolutely necessary, “warm-water rinse” no earlier than 6 hours after the session. Do NOT use products during your rinse! Allow skin to air dry or lightly pat dry with a towel. Do NOT rub skin with towel.
- Spray Tan Shower: AFTER 24 hours, take a normal "spray tan shower":
- Use mild products. Apply soap in hand, not on washcloth, sponge or loofah. Do not use bar soap on skin this will strip the skin of it's natural oils causing the tan to fade faster.
- Do not use exfoliation scrubs or sponges.
- Use warm water. Water that is too hot can dry out the skin.
- Pat or air dry skin afterward. Do not rub skin.
- Shave as normal.
- Moisturize afterward to extend the life of your spray tan! Using a moisturizer with tan extenders or cosmetic bronzers will deposit color with each use and extend the life of the tan even more.
